Shotgun you get for pre-ordering anywhere, Abandoned map is a GameStop exclusive.

We haven't announced a date other than 2011 yet.

(The reason the pre-order incentive is known so early is because of the game delay -- we announced the incentive in June when we intended to come out this fall)

I don't pre-order games.

Hopefully they'll roll the shotgun and abondoned map into a dlc or something
