    First topic message reminder :

    Well my job requires me to be a certain wieght and every 6 months we have what is called weigh ins, it is a highly stressfull day for alot of guys. When President Obama took over alot of things changed in my field of Service with the Dept. of Homeland Security, one being that everyone has to be with in a certain body fat percentage according to height. Needless to say I am 5'10" and I have to wiegh 191 pounds. For some of you your probably thinking thats not too bad. Well before the change my Max allowable was 213, do the math. So I have always been around 200 -205 for many years and I don't look fat. LOL. Well I have been going to the gym everynight and dieting like a aneroxic School Girl. When I started my crusade of wieght loss I hurt my knee and had surgery about 6 months ago, so I put on a few pounds. "I weighed about 211 Pounds" . Tonight I wieghed myself and I have reached my Goal of 191 pounds. I have tll the end of this month to wiegh in, but I need to eat again. This has been a big part of my slow time on-line playing games. I will be back the month of November. Just thought I would share this with you guys and let you all know I am 40 years old and losing over 20 pounds was very hard. I feel great and I really feel better about myself. So if anyone is slightly plump and wants to shed some pounds I have it down and it works, just let me know and I will give you some very good tips on healthy wieght loss.

    I feel you paul

    Last FEB 2010 i reach my heavest weight
    ever a whopping 376 pounds
    ( back in high school i was 200 pounds ) 27 yrs ago
    my doctor put me on a carb counting diet ( life eating change )
    i'm only allowed this amount daily ( this works great )
    60 grams carb servings - 3 times daily
    breakfast,lunch,dinner
    15 grams carb servings - 3 times daily
    in between each meal
    i can eat everything
    meats are free-protiens ( no carbs )
    veggies are free foods ( no carbs )
    i dont eat anything proccessed ( never have )
    no sugar foods ( diebetic )
    but everthing else is good.
    Since i started this life changing way i eat
    i've lost 102 pounds so keep a trucken paul
    you will make your mark.
    p.s.
    my excerses consist of
    walking dog a block 3 times daily
    and lots of socom.thats it....
