yes thay do work... i had one and it worked great... just make sure you get a good name brand... its worth the extra money in the long run...

Yeah I am like you on this kind of stuff, I usually research first and I don't usually go cheap, I am a frim believer in you get what you pay for.

yeah it is what it is... thats the way i look at it... it all depends on what the needs are for the person... some times cheep is the best way... but not most of the time... in this case it would be wise to spend the extra money... i had an energizer brand with the batts... works great for remotes and stuff like that...
