    Well my job requires me to be a certain wieght and every 6 months we have what is called weigh ins, it is a highly stressfull day for alot of guys. When President Obama took over alot of things changed in my field of Service with the Dept. of Homeland Security, one being that everyone has to be with in a certain body fat percentage according to height. Needless to say I am 5'10" and I have to wiegh 191 pounds. For some of you your probably thinking thats not too bad. Well before the change my Max allowable was 213, do the math. So I have always been around 200 -205 for many years and I don't look fat. LOL. Well I have been going to the gym everynight and dieting like a aneroxic School Girl. When I started my crusade of wieght loss I hurt my knee and had surgery about 6 months ago, so I put on a few pounds. "I weighed about 211 Pounds" . Tonight I wieghed myself and I have reached my Goal of 191 pounds. I have tll the end of this month to wiegh in, but I need to eat again. This has been a big part of my slow time on-line playing games. I will be back the month of November. Just thought I would share this with you guys and let you all know I am 40 years old and losing over 20 pounds was very hard. I feel great and I really feel better about myself. So if anyone is slightly plump and wants to shed some pounds I have it down and it works, just let me know and I will give you some very good tips on healthy wieght loss.

    Good for you!!! I aways like to hear weight loss tips so send them over! I am Laid Off and was in construction before and worked my ass off 12 hrs a day everyday... now that my bodys not ctive like it was six months ago im feeling it,,,, Congrats again paul!

    I completely cut Caffeine out of my life all together. There is so many things we eat and drink that contain this. Cokes "including diet Cokes are very bad,, this is a big one and the hardest for me. Tea, Chocolate, Energy Drinks, Coffee. I think I lost alot of my wieght due to cutting this out of my life.

    I also cut, tried my best LOL.. Breads, butter, rice, tortillas, egg products, pizza, pasta. All bad. I ate alot of Cereal for lunch with low fat milk. Steak is good also, but not all the time, it gives you energy. If you can afford it Seafood is also good, but beware how it is cooked, just because McDonalds sells a fish sandwhich doesn't imply it's healthy. Wheat Bagels are the best, I eat them plain in the morning, or put a small amount of low fat jelly on them, kills my sugar craving.

    I ate Chicken till I couldn't stand the smell of it, baked, BBQ, Smoked, Rotessori, with a Salad first, watch the dressing for high Calories, leave out the Crutons and cheese off. It's hard especially if it comes with it, so tell them do not put it on, because you will eat it..

    I drank water and water and water. I bought all kinds of flavored water and sooner or later your body gets used to it and wants it. Thats when you start losing wieght, when your body says hey thanks for all this water, it's time that you pee every 5 minutes.

    I bought a gym membership, I didn't want too, but it does make you go when it cost you 35 dollars a month, and also it became a routine for me and my family, so it was part of my life. What NOT to do at the gym if you wanna lose wieight. If you are over 30 or close to it, becoming Flex Wheeler may not be in your future. Stay away from the free wieghts, I know you wanna look cool, sorry that will not help you lose wieght, you may actually get fatter from it.

    1. I would spend 20 to 30 minutes in the Sauna, or until I couldn't take it any more. Drink water while you are in there. Cool down by riding a stationary bike for about 15-20 minutes or so, it does cool you down. Then go to the Steam room, I usually sit in there for 15 minutes or so. ! hour work out is all you need, you don't have to move in. Walking helps also, anytime you can walk, go for it.

    2. Always helps to have a buddy do this with you, it helped me keep on track, because we made a bet, nothing big, 20 dollars to see who could lose the most wieght I won. LOL.

    3. I started fishing and doing more outside, I noticed playing video gmaes 4 hours a night during this I ate sub conciously and pigged out on Chips, Cokes, Crunch in Munch, Candy, Red Bulls, did I mention Chips, LOL. If you have to play, like I do, buy flavored water with a Fizz to it, eat jerky, and if you need something crunchy "POP CORN" is great.

    Water is your friend, no matter what! 0 calories and very healthy - you can't live with out it!

    Far from it, way far from it. The shit you have to do to keep your job is what it boiled down too.. There are so many people freaking out and losing thier jobs due to this change. You get 2 chances to make your wieght, if you don't make it the first time, you have how many weeks you are over to lose the wieght 1 pound a week, you are put on a program and everyone calls it the Fat Boy program. If you are 50 pounds over you are jobless. This shit is Hardcore and they are taking it to the extreme, it's almost as if the President wants us to be mormons, LOL
